Leotard

The girls and I were downstairs cleaning their room and I just overheard a little bit of the conversation. So, I asked "what are you guys talking about?" Lia said, "Mom, tell her not to call it a Polatard!" I said, "what?" and Pola said, "Mommy, if Lia can have a leotard(liatard) then why can't I have a polatard?" I laughed so hard that I was crying! The girls had been asking me to buy them new dance outfits for their hip hop class and I guess Pola had been asking for a polatard! I just had to write this down real quick so I wouldn't forget this story!

Hey Jode,

We miss you guys tons, sorry I am the worst blogger ever, we just travel so much. We were never any place more than 7 days this summer, including our home, so it felt like we were everywhere and no where all at once. Kaylani started school last week, so besides last weekend (I flew to Anchorage for Time Out For Women). We are planning on being home until we go to Hawaii in November...it will be a long stretch and will give Lani time to do school and all her activities. She is doing hip hop also..how fun to have the cousins all do it, with your girls, Kaylani and Ofeina the dancing queen..I am really looking forward to the shows we will have at family reunions as they grow up. She is also still on the gymnastics team, doing ballet, piano/violin, and I am coaching her and Meki's indoor soccer team. So even though we are home we are swamped with activities and cleaning projects. I am cleaning out our study which still has suitcases that I came and bailed on this summer. Well this is now the longest comment in the entire world..but we love and miss you guys!! Tell your crew hello from the Alaska cousins!!

Hi Jodi, this is Meagan one of Jaquel's friends from high school : ). Thanks so much for your comment on my blog awhile ago. I really appreciated it and wanted you to know that : ). I was also reading one of your other posts and noticed Koosharem. Do you live there? That's where my husband grew up, so I was just wondering. That would be neat if you did! The story about the 'polatard' made me laugh : ). Your kids are so cute! I hope that you are doing well!

About Me

Tevita and I met 13 years ago in Provo Utah. What a cutie he was! In June we will have been married for 12 years. It is hard to believe that we have been married that long but yep, here we are coming up on 12. We have 5 beautiful children that keep us pretty busy. We also have 3 angel baby boys that we know we will be with after this life. We have so many different personalities in this house but there is one thing for sure...we love each other and are grateful for this family! What a great life!
