Celebration and Such

This is our September birthdays. Lia is on the 11th. Sydnei is on the 15th and Dad is on the 13th. We got together for a little celebration. We made tacos and had birthday cake and ice cream. It is always good to get together with family. Braxton got in a bicycle accident two weeks ago. He went on a 2 mile ride with scouts and this is how he came home. It is infected and I am trying to get it un-infected. He is soaking in a bath of epson salt as we speak.

This is Lia showing Sydnei her Hannah Montana birthday cake. Lia loves little Syd and they had a great time together.
Last week there was not much happening. We have been trying to get Braxton's leg healed and we aren't having much success. I started Weight Watchers. Last week I lost 7lbs. Not much but at least a loss. Tevita took his football to a small town in Nevada on Friday. They lost but they played really well. It was a long trip (6 hours) and my husband came back sick. Now we are trying to get him feeling better. This week is pretty busy so hopefully I will get to blog about it in a few days. Congratulations to our brother and sister-in-law, Pita and Mele, for the birth of their new son! We can't wait to meet him!

7 lbs in a week, um, yeah that is a lot! Good job! I am proud that's for sure. Fun times. Get feeling better Tevita!

I finally had a free minute to read your blog and I just wanted to say how sorry I am that you lost the twins. I had no idea.

Life can be so hard at times. What would we do without the gospel? I'm sure it is very comforting to know that your Mom is in heaven watching over them.

Jode - I'm proud of you for doing Weight Watchers. I agree with Crystal - 7 lbs. is A LOT! Way to go! I hope Braxton and Tevita get better soon. Infections can be VERY serious, so I sure hope you can get on top of it quick!

About Me

Tevita and I met 13 years ago in Provo Utah. What a cutie he was! In June we will have been married for 12 years. It is hard to believe that we have been married that long but yep, here we are coming up on 12. We have 5 beautiful children that keep us pretty busy. We also have 3 angel baby boys that we know we will be with after this life. We have so many different personalities in this house but there is one thing for sure...we love each other and are grateful for this family! What a great life!
