Braxton took 1st place at the wrestling tournament. He did such a good job and we are so proud of him. They had the tournament in the middle school instead of the high school so we were so crowded. It was so hot and we had to just sit like sardines until it was his turn to wrestle. He did such a great job that it was definitely worth the wait. He pinned the kid in about 10 seconds. The kid is bigger than Braxton and I was actually nervous for him but he did great! It was a good day for him and I was so excited that Tevita actually had that morning off work so he got to see his son get the pin!
The weather over the weekend was horrible. We had Braxton and Lia stay with Grandpa Rod over the weekend. Well, the weather was so bad that the roads got closed. It was such a scary feeling to know that half of my family was here and half there and I couldn't get to them. Luckily the snow stopped for a little bit and Tevita was able to go pick them up and they are all here safe and sound now. Let's just say that we are definitley ready for the sun to shine!
