Hawaii

This summer Tevita, Braxton, and I were lucky enough to go to Hawaii to watch the Tongan National Rugby team play against Samoa. Kafa is the coach/manager of the team and Pita is the Captain of the team. Brax and I had never met Kafa before and we saw Pita 8 years ago. The last time Vita saw Kafa was in 1997. It was such an amazing reunion for the brothers. Pila was also there so all 4 brothers were finally together! The only brother missing was Sione and of course their sister Lia. The trip was eventful. We had stand by tickets so going there and coming home we got stuck in Seattle. So thankful for the relatives there for feeding us and letting us crash for a couple hours. I was so very happy to see how happy Vita was with his brothers. Watching Pita play rugby was so much fun! I was so thankful for Pila taking Brax and Pita touring the island. They went to the temple and some other places. Saying bye to the brothers was so hard. I don't think I have seen Vita cry that hard since my mom passed away. I felt so bad for all of them:( I have so much more to say about this trip but since I am blogging on my phone I'm going to keep it short and say more when I get my computer. The most important thing about the trip was the reunion of the boys and I'm so thankful I got to be a part of it!

About Me

My photo
Tevita and I met 13 years ago in Provo Utah. What a cutie he was! In June we will have been married for 12 years. It is hard to believe that we have been married that long but yep, here we are coming up on 12. We have 5 beautiful children that keep us pretty busy. We also have 3 angel baby boys that we know we will be with after this life. We have so many different personalities in this house but there is one thing for sure...we love each other and are grateful for this family! What a great life!
