Today is Sunday and my honey is working a double. I am missing him so I am blogging about him! He will probably hate it but since he loves me he will deal with it! He has been such a good sport and so willing to work doubles so that he can go watch the kids on the weekends. This year has turned out to be quite busy for us. I'm not sure what we were thinking when we decided to let the kids do multiple things. It was so easy to say yes but I don't think either one of us thought about how much time it was going to be. Tevita and I neither one like to have our kids go to their stuff without at least one of us there. We have always been firm believers that we will be to all the kids events to support them and not send them with somebody else. This is the first year that it has been kind of hard to do that, just because they are involved in so much. Braxton tried out and made the high school baseball team. It sounded great until we saw the schedule! Oh my goodness, so many games. We are talking like 3-5 games each week. And traveling to far away places! Then Lia's basketball just got over but there were a few days that she was at basketball, volleyball, softball, and dance all in the same day! Sooo very crazy! So, Tevita has worked very hard to try to help me get the schedules all figured out. He has gone in to work very early, or had to do doubles, or whatever it takes so that we can make sure our kids are where they need to be at the right times. I am so thankful for this man in my life! He is so selfless and is always willing to do whatever is needed of him. His health isn't all the best, but we are working on getting him better. He is a fighter, that is for sure! He works so hard to make sure we are all taken care of. He loves him family unconditionally! I love listening to him as he tells us stories of the island, his brothers, his sister(who he adores), and most of all when he talks about his parents. He loves every single one of them and would do anything for them! He is so proud of his brother, who is graduating med school, and is so excited to go see him graduate! You will often find my honey in a deep conversation with Brax and Tevon, telling them how to treat their sisters and mom and talking about the gospel. He is the best example to all of us and we sure do love him! Thank you Vita for everything you do for us!
