Beautiful

Saturday Halamehi and I were driving while we were listening to Conference. What a great conference we were so blessed to listen to. I got thinking that I take my view for granted. It is so pretty especially in Fall. So I took some pictures of what I am so lucky to see everyday. It was also raining all day and I love the rain. My mom and I used to go for drives when it was raining. It was so calming and peaceful so I decided to do it with my daughter.
This picture is taken at the top of Brown's Lane. We always come that way to home because there is cell service all the way down the lane and I always call my dad to let him know we made it safe. Isn't it a cool view? The cool thing about this picture is that My dad, Braxton, Lia, and Pola are in the truck driving up Brown's lane to see us!
Here they are. I thought I got the picture that you could see all of them but for some reason it posted both the same. Sorry Lia. Just know that she is in the back seat with Sipola. My dad picked these three up after school on Friday and he ended up keeping them the whole weekend. They were antelope hunting this day.
They were supposed to be going home but instead Justin called them and told them the rain stopped so the kids out-voted dad 3-1 and they headed back up on the mountain. Nancy did get her antelope the next day. Congrats Nancy! Little Miss Lia came home on Saturday night. She said Braxton told her she was home sick. So Tevita got to spend the day Sunday with Lia and Mehi. When I came home from work Lia gave me a hug and wouldn't let me go. She said she didn't like being homesick and she missed me more than anything! What a touching little thing to come home to! Thanks dad for letting them stay with you, Thanks Justin and Nancy for inviting them to go on your hunt, and Thanks Lia for loving me so much!

Hey! What a pretty view you have! Sounds like you're busy as always. I'm glad Tevita is getting his gout under control. I can't even imagine the pain he's in. Hopefully the medications and diet help.

Hey Guys,

What great pictures, maybe you should do a little photography on the side, you have a photographer's eye. Well, I am super busy with the day to day. It is funny I felt like I would have more time with Kaylani in school, but I didn't realize how much she entertains the boys and cares for Baby Ricky. She'll sing them ABCs while I am doing the dishes or play peek-a-boo on the couch holding baby while I mop. Then once school is over, she and my nephews all have activities that I am taking them to, then we get home at 8pm and have to get everything done before bed. Then once Kaylani is in bed, I try not to do anything too loud because I want her to get her sleep for school. I am constantly at least 2 loads of laundry behind, and I clean all day just to have it look the same at the end of the day...but I never get to any of the projects (like cleaning out the closets) that I thought I would do with all my new "free" time while Lani is at school. How do you do it with all of yours?

Anyways, we love and miss you guys. I think we are going to get a house in California for the whole week of Ita'aehau Reunion next year and make a week of it. So we have Tupou and Ita'aehau Reunion the same week. Hopefully we'll get some quality time with you guys and Pila's family if they are still "stateside".
Miss you guys and thanks for blogging. It really makes us feel connected to your family.
Love,
The Tupous

About Me

My photo
Tevita and I met 13 years ago in Provo Utah. What a cutie he was! In June we will have been married for 12 years. It is hard to believe that we have been married that long but yep, here we are coming up on 12. We have 5 beautiful children that keep us pretty busy. We also have 3 angel baby boys that we know we will be with after this life. We have so many different personalities in this house but there is one thing for sure...we love each other and are grateful for this family! What a great life!
