Happy Anniversary

Yesterday was our 15th year Anniversary! Hard to believe it has been that long. I am so thankful for Tevita and all he does for our family. Yesterday we went to lunch and the movie Superman Man of Steele. It was a good day. Love you Vita

Braxton

Last week Brax went to Indiana for wrestling. He was asked to represent Utah on the USA Utah team. His personal record was 9-5. I'll write more about that later when I get pictures. The whole point I wanted to blog tonight was because I missed my son. He is growing up so quickly and experiencing life! I haven't really got to spend a lot of time with him since he got back. Well, tonight he came home from wrestling and sat by me. He showed me his pictures from Indiana and then layed his head down on my lap and I am now listening to him snore! My growing up boy is still my boy and I love that he fell asleep with me rubbing his head. I love this boy so much and am blessed to call him my son!

Little moments

Tonight Tevon and I were laying in bed watching a movie. He said, "mommy, can you pause the movie so I can say a prayer?" After the prayer he said, "I just love my family. I just want to be with my family." It's the little moments that mean so much!

The other day we went up to Koosharem to visit our friends. Our old boss, Jill, took our kids to the ranch and showed them all the animals. Tevon was in heaven! He loved all the animals and didn't want to leave! He also loves to work at Lisa's house. She told me there is one sheep in particular that follows him around everywhere! He is so different from all our other kids. By this time Brax was always throwing the football around. Tevon only wants to talk rodeo and animals! Such a change, not quite sure how to deal with it!:) oh well, we love him so much and will support him in whatever he chooses!

Lia and Sipola basketball

Lia and Pola finished their basketball season last weekend. They both learned so much! Sipola is in 4th grade but was asked to play on the 5th grade all star team. She was so excited and learned a lot from Coach Jones. She also loved playing with Lia! Lia is in 5th grade but got asked to play on the 6th grade team. She really enjoyed playing and learned a lot from Coach Jensen and Coach Jones. They both loved it and are looking forward to playing together in high school! We had a boy from our high school get picked to compete in a 3 point challenge on TV so the 5th grade all stars got together at Pizza Hut and watched Race on TV. It was so fun for the girls to support him together!

Best friend

Last night my childhood best friend came to visit. Her mom used to babysit us and for as long as I remember she was my best friend. We were inseparable! My family was her family and hers mine. She was a daughter to my mom and we went everywhere together! Well, life happens and we moved away from each other and we haven't been able to hang out together for about 15 years! Last night we talked, we laughed, we cried. We talked of old memories, all the good times. It was so good to see her! I don't know where either one of us would be if we wouldn't have had each other! Thanks for the great visit Em!

California

Last weekend we went to California to spend time with Lita before she went back to New Zealand. We had such a good time spending time at the beach and spending time with cousins.
